Cancellations
Food and Grocery orders are generally not eligible for cancellations as they have been sent to the store and assigned to a delivery partner / preparation staff immediately. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your order details before confirming the order.
Refunds
If we are unable to complete your order, we will offer a refund in form of wallet credits that can be used to purchase any Amenify service. Our support team may reach out to you in such a case and with the refund information. Refunds can take up to 4 weeks as we work with the Stores and partners. Thank you for your patience.
Partial refunds
For orders that have missing or damaged items, a partial refund in form of wallet credits will be considered on a case by case basis.
