Can I pause my cleaning subscription?

Yes. Just reach out to the Amenify Concierge team by tapping the Help button in the Amenify app, by emailing [e-mail], or by texting 719-767-1963. Let us know for how long you would like to pause the service so we can schedule the resumption of service and please notify us at least two business days before your next billing date.
