If you reschedule within one hour of placing the order, no fee will be charged. Rescheduling after one hour incurs a 5% fee, deducted from your wallet credits or credit card on file.

Reschedule policy

• Initial one hour after the order

  • No reschedule fee will be charged.

• After the initial one hour of the order

  • A 5% reschedule fee will be charged to compensate for the fee charged by our provider companies. We will take the reschedule fee from your wallet credits followed by the credit card on file.

  • Note - Reschedules are not allowed for the appointments within the 24 hours period of the appointment day, considering 8 am local time as the start time of the day as our Service Pros have already finalized their schedules.
